
ALL YOUTH MUST:
A.Exhibit a well disciplined attitude.
B.Have a favorable report in attitude and conduct.
C.Be spiritual minded.
D.Show a seriousness of purpose toward the Lord’s Day worship.
E.Have good attendance in worship services and Bible classes.
1. No youth will be allowed to leave the conference location or any meeting place without the consent of his/her counselor.

2. Before permission is granted to leave the premises to visit a relative or friend, the counselor must have the following information: Name, Address and Telephone number of the person being visited and confirmation that the friend or relative is aware and in agreement.

3. All youth should carry the name of his or her counselor with them at all times.
​
4. Disorderly conduct, such as pillow fighting, profane language, running up and down the stairs and halls or talking out windows will not be tolerated.
​
5. The use of alcoholic beverages, drugs, smoking or vulgarity will not be tolerated.
​
6. All youth are to be in the hotel and in their rooms by12:00 a.m.
​
7. All youth and counselors are required to attend all sessions. It is required that all youth and counselors wear their ID badges at all times
​
8. If a youth becomes ill and is unable to attend a session, he or she should report to their counselor. The counselor will then take the necessary steps for their care and is advised to remain with the sick youth.
​
9. Female Session/Church Attire: Dresses or suits (skirts/jackets) or skirts with appropriate tops – the appropriate length for skirts and dress is 1 to 2 inches above the knee. No shorts, no pants and no pant suits during sessions.
Males Session/Church Attire: Dress pants/slacks, collared shirts and ties.
10. Tournament Activities Attire: both male and female may jeans/pants (avoid excessively loose or excessively tight attire) tshirts, or other appropriate shirts, and sweaters are acceptable (no shorts/spandex).
For youth who are actually playing on a basketball or volleyball team: Black gym shorts are acceptable (avoid excessively tight, short or loose shorts).
11. All participants are expected to respect authority
12. Damage and destruction of property is prohibited and should there be any occurrence determined to be caused by an attendee of the conference, monetary compensation is the sole responsibility of the oversight congregation from which that particular attendee(s) is associated.
13. Youth should report all lost articles to his or her counselor.
14. Swimming will not be allowed at any time during theMidwest Youth Conference.
