Bro. Will Smith, Chairman
Midwest Youth Conference
Letter from the Chairman

Greetings,

The Midwest Youth Conference is coming soon, and this year we are calling teens to notice, recognize, and be honest about what often goes unseen.
Join us for the upcoming Midwest Youth Conference
Thursday, June 25- Sunday, June 28, 2026
“Clock It: Remember What God Hates”
Proverbs 6:18–19
“Clock it” is language many teens already use in everyday conversation. For adults, it reflects the idea of noticing what is often overlooked, recognizing underlying motives, and calling attention to truth. This year’s theme uses that cultural language to invite teens ages 12–19 to grow in spiritual awareness and discernment. Not just to look, but to truly see. Not just to hear, but to understand.
Since 1979, the Midwest Youth Conference has remained committed to putting God first while speaking honestly to the real pressures and decisions teens face every day. MYC is more than a conference. It is an experience designed to connect God’s Word to real life.
Through impactful worship, relevant speakers, Bible Bowl, practical workshops, and athletic tournaments, teens are encouraged to recognize attitudes, behaviors, and influences that lead them away from God, and to choose wisdom, unity, and righteousness instead. This theme invites them to acknowledge truth, call out what does not align with God’s heart, and live with purpose in a noisy and distracted world.
Teens will be surrounded by a supportive, faith-filled community that understands their world and walks alongside them. Our mission is to bring life into focus and help every teen grow into their God-given potential.

We are thankful to God for allowing the Midwest Youth Conference to serve youth for over four decades, and we are expectant about what He is preparing to do in and through our teens this year. More details coming soon. We look forward to welcoming you in June.

Respectfully,
Bro. Will Smith
Chairman, Midwest Youth Conference
